Lionel Stephan D. a proposé à plusieurs artistes – éminentes figures du monde de la nuit et de la scène électronique – de réaliser une composition originale à partir d’éléments de sa biographie, d’une discographie des titres qui ont accompagné son parcours et d’extraits du manuscrit. Il en résulte un album portant aussi le titre On ne dit pas « je » !, sorte de synthèse entre ce qui serait la bande originale du livre et le deuxième tome sous une forme musicale de la vie de Lionel, celle d’aujourd’hui.

Lionel Stephan D. invited several artists—prominent nightlife personalities and stars of the electro music scene—to create an original piece of music using elements of his biography, a discography of the songs that were meaningful to his life and extracts from the book. The project culminated in an album of the same title, On ne dit pas « je »!, a kind of synthesis between what would be the original soundtrack of the book and the second volume conceived as a musical representation of Lionel’s life as he lives it today.
